Now retired as a trial attorney, Kent Warner devotes full time to his mediation practice.  In over 40 years of trial practice he successfully litigated large and complex cases on behalf of plaintiffs as well as major carriers. His vast forty-three-year trial experience in virtually all areas of tort practice, on both sides, has translated to the mediation practice with great and consistent success.

For over 20 years he has mediated and settled cases in the following legal areas: medical malpractice, construction, landslide, auto, property defect/dangerous condition, bad faith, intentional tort and so on. This experience is put to great use in facilitating reasonable and economical resolution, saving litigants time, money and the uncertainty of the jury trial.

Mr. Warner is a member of the American Board of Trials Advocates and has received the AV Preeminent Rating on Martindale-Hubble from his peers for exemplifying the highest level of professional excellence within the legal community.
