Christopher G. Jensen has practiced law with Reynolds, Jensen & Swan, LLP since 1990, specializing in business/civil litigation, jury and court trials in California on a state and federal level. Additionally, he provides transaction assistance in negotiating, drafting and closing business arrangements. He has worked with many businesses in a variety of commercial arenas, including: medical, aerospace, banking, construction, transportation and agriculture.

Jensen has received an “AV” rank on Martindale-Hubble Peer Review Ratings.

His experience extends to matters concerning: contracts, business torts, equities, real property, employer/employee, landlord/tenant, Uniform Commercial Code, entity structure (corporations, limited liability companies, limited liability partnerships), construction disputes and all areas related thereto. He also has experience in some bankruptcy litigation and probate litigation.

Jensen currently serves as the Chairman and President of RCBA Dispute Resolution Service, Inc. (DRS), a mediation and arbitration provider under contract with the County of Riverside for the Superior Court of California, County of Riverside.

Jensen has given tremendously of his time to the legal community as a mediator for DRS and as a fee arbitrator for the RCBA Fee Arbitration Panel. Additionally, he has served as a Judge Pro-Tem for the Superior Court of California, County of Riverside. He has been a contributing member of a variety of other committees and sub-committees for the RCBA and the Court.

In December 1987, Jensen graduated from Western State University College of Law, Fullerton. He was a 1984 graduate of California State University, Fullerton (CSUF). While attending CSUF, he completed an internship with the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office.
