Donald R. Lee has practiced law in Riverside since 1992, when he joined Thompson & Colegate as an associate trial attorney. He won numerous jury and court trials and dozens of arbitrations, and was able to resolve hundreds of matters by way of mediation.

In 2001, Lee joined the office of General Counsel at Fleetwood Enterprises, Inc. and rose to the level of Associate General Counsel, where he managed outside counsel in nationwide litigation (including class action and multi-district litigation). He advised corporate management in all types of general corporate matters, including: construction, product liability, regulatory compliance, patent/trademark, labor and employment, warranty and lemon law and presentation of administrative proceedings and litigation.

Since 2009 he has worked in various capacities as an arbitrator and mediator and as a trial attorney, successfully trying jury and court trials in California on a state and federal level.

In June 1989, Lee graduated from the California Western School of Law in San Diego. While in law school, he was a clerk for two judges at the San Diego Superior Court. He also worked in the California Attorney General’s office, where he researched and wrote appeals in the criminal division. Additionally, he was a member of the Advocacy Honors Board and a research assistant for the Administrative Law Competition
