Duane A. Newton has 30 years of experience in civil litigation with emphasis in personal injury, premise liability and business litigation. He has tried, arbitrated and mediated cases throughout Southern California.

Newton obtained his Associate of Arts degree in Criminal Justice from Riverside Community College in 1975. He then attended California State University, Fullerton, where he received his Bachelor’s degree in Administration of Justice in 1977. He graduated from Western State University College of Law, Fullerton with his Juris Doctorate in 1981.

Newton is licensed to practice law in the State of California, the United States District Court and the United States Supreme Court. He is a member of the Riverside County Bar Association, the San Bernardino County Bar Association, the Joseph Campbell Inn of Court and the Association of Southern California Defense Counsel. He serves as an arbitrator for the Riverside County and San Bernardino County Superior Courts.

Newton and his wife reside in Riverside with their daughter. He is an instrument rated private pilot and enjoys flying, camping and hunting.
