He has mediated over 200 cases, including matters involving: real property, title insurance, homeowner’s associations, business, probate, construction, personal injury and landlord-tenants. Additionally, he also mediates for the Riverside Superior Court, the Fourth District Court of Appeal and the U.S. District Court (as an Attorney Settlement Officer).

Arbitration Training and Experience

Luchs has served as an arbitrator in over 175 cases, including real property, business, construction and personal injury matters. During the last five years, he has represented clients in approximately 50 judicial arbitrations.
