Additional Information

Since early 1977, I have maintained a sole general civil practice. I have counseled, mediated and tried cases in virtually all civil arenas, other than public securities, worker’s compensation and multi-party or class action cases.

I am a strong believer in mediation and other alternate dispute resolutions. Litigation in the Superior Court, for virtually any matter, is a lengthy and expensive process — financially and personally.

I started mediating in the late 1980s and have actively practiced ADR ever since. I have successfully helped parties not only solve their disputes, but helped them to understand the benefits of mediation. Trials are difficult to predict, and even if one is successful in trial the result can be appealed. I can speak from experience on mediation, arbitration and court or jury trials.
