Additional Information

Jason Gless is the managing partner of Wood, Smith, Henning & Berman’s Riverside office. He also works out of the firm’s Las Vegas office. Gless specializes in the areas of Real Estate, Construction and Business law. His litigation background includes: the representation of national builders in a variety of litigated business and tort matters in California and Nevada; defense of securities litigation involving the purchase and sale of condominium hotels; and defense of land owners from premises liability claims, including mold exposure. Gless' transactional experience includes assisting developers and contractors with entity formation, contract drafting, preparation of CC&R’s and advising clients as to compliance with the right to repair laws in California (SB 800) and Nevada (Chapter 40.) His credits include serving as the risk management attorney for one of the largest casinos on the Las Vegas strip and the drafting of CC&R’s for the only sustainable green community in California to be endorsed by One Planet Communities.

Gless’ experience litigating contractual issues serves as a significant resource to his transactional practice. With the knowledge of how courts react to heavily litigated contractual issues, he applies this information when drafting documents. He has worked with developers building green communities and assisting them with the U.S. Green Building Council’s LEED certification program.

Currently, he is working to obtain his LEED professional accreditation with the Green Building Certification Institute. Jason is a member of the Riverside County Bar Association and is involved in numerous charitable organizations throughout Riverside County.
