Judith A. Runyon is an experienced attorney in bankruptcy, probate and family law who has worked in the Riverside and San Bernardino counties since 1992. She practiced family law until 1999, when she redirected the focus of her work to bankruptcy law.

Runyon has been a certified mediator for the U.S. Bankruptcy Court Central District since 1998; a mediator for the RCBA Dispute Resolution Service, Inc. since 1998; and an arbitrator on the California State Bar Panel of Arbitrators since 2000.

She represents both debtors and creditors in Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy filings, and creditors in Chapter 11 bankruptcy filings. Runyon also represents debtors and creditors in litigation matters in the Bankruptcy Court and Chapter 7 Trustees in asset cases.
