Thomas C. Watts, III was admitted to practice in the State of California in 1977. His practice emphasis was on civil trial practice (business and complex personal injury). In 2004, he began practicing mediation full-time. Watts now serves as panelist for IVAMS (since 2007) and RCBA Dispute Resolution Service, Inc.
